Will the real lottery winner please stand up?

I watched the Today show and saw some people from a nursing home in NJ. They were talking about how they were cheated from the Big Game lottery, and how a co-worker had reneged on the pool at work. The co-worker of course was not on the show, and has already stated that he did not buy the winning ticket. Meanwhile, the ticket was validated and nursing home workers are trying to get their share of the money. I just thought this was Really bad for the person who bought the tickets. Of course, we’re only hearing one side of the story. But who can say! If the nursing home people split their winnings, it would be around 2 million per person. That’s a big difference from the 59 million they would have won if they bought it themselves! :)
