Time for the Friday Five!

1. Would you say that you’re good at keeping in touch with people? I try, but sometimes you get too caught up in things and you lose touch.
2. Which communication method do you usually prefer/use: e-mail, telephone, snail mail, blog comments, or meeting in person? Why? Depends on the situation. If I can talk to them on the phone, I will, I’m a phone talker. But sometimes it’s easier to keep in touch with email or IM’s. :) Just seems to work out that way.
3. Do you have an instant messenger program? How many? Why/why not? How often do you use it? I use AOL IM. Only because it’s what most of my friends have. ICQ is cool, but I’ve not used that in ages. AIM is usually up quite a bit.
4. Do most of your close friends live nearby or far away? Nearby, although I do have a lot of friends that I’ve attempted to keep in touch with that are very far away. The life of a military brat.
5. Are you an “out of sight, out of mind” person, or do you believe that “distance makes the heart grow fonder”? I’d like to believe that distance makes the heart grow fonder. In my case though, I just plain forget about a lot of things. There are just some things that I forget about. Then there are those things I’ll never forget. Kinda strange I suppose.
