A thought just occured to me. (Yes I know I know.) :) Anyways… design a website for fun. Whoa. That would be awesome! I have to do this. Really. Don’t ever become a web designer/programmer. You tend to lose perspective of what’s fun and not so fun on the web. :)

Soooooooo…
I’ve been receiving the Everquest Online Adventures Beta DVD in the mail from Sony. I think they’re up to Beta 3 or whatever stage. Unfortunately, my Playstation 2 won’t read the DVD’s because… well it sucks. It has issues reading some of the DVD’s. That’s what I get for buying one of the first ones to come out. On the other hand, I really don’t have the time to play EQOA anyways. Hell I don’t even play normal Everquest anymore. I just don’t seem to have 3 to 4 hours in a row playing. Because you really need that much time in my opinion.
Christmas is coming. Again. This year I’m trying to send out Christmas cards. I hope it works. :)
I’ve also been trying to compile another Christmas CD; I’ve been out of the music loop lately on Christmas music though so any suggestions on what to put on it are welcome!
I’ve also been trying to find some time to get my online magazine ([orbitalrevolution]) back up and running. I’m in a bind though, I’m in need of writers. If you are interested or know of anyone that wouuld be, contact me about it! Unfortunately, I can’t pay any writers, but if things pick up, and I can finally put the zine in print, you just never know. :)
So, what’s been up people? :)
We mean business!
So…after 60 to 70 years of not wanting businesses in town, this town decides they really need it. That’s cool. Who makes this news?

While perusing flash sites the other day, I found this rather interesting company. They’re definitely different. I like the design. Of course it only reminds me that I must change my design again. *sigh* work is never done is it?
Wondering where I’ve been?
I’ve been busy. With work and all. it’s a nightmare. I’m sure you can imagine. Or try to.
I’ve also been working on a semi-secret project. It’s just some design and programming work I’ve been doing. It’s kinda done, but I’m not sure if I want to reveal it here just yet. Or if at all. But that’s what I’m working on.
Also started up another project. (Am I crazy or what?) This one also promises to be something cool and yes, it’s semi-secret too. I haven’t told anyone about it at all. Until now. LOL Yes, it’s late/early and I’m being goofy. :)
As for everything else, it’s pretty damn boring in my life right now. Work work work. I’ve got to be number one! My intensity is for shit! Win! Win! Win!
Next step…world domination. Oh yes. It will be mine. It WILL be mine.

The Holy Empire of Yoshi
“Faith in the Father of the Holy Empire.”
UN Category: Father Knows Best State
Civil Rights: Some Economy: Reasonable
Political Freedoms: Few
Location: the Pacific
The Holy Empire of Yoshi is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 5 million are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.
The large government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Commerce receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 26%, but much higher for the wealthy. A very small private sector is led by the Uranium Mining industry, followed by Beef-Based Agriculture and Trout Farming.
Crime is moderate. Yoshi’s national animal is the wolf, which frolics freely in the nation’s many lush forests, and its currency is the looba.

“Someone once told me that you should live each day as if it were your last. Because one of these days, it will be.”
So my friend brought home a dog last night…
And here’s what she told me:
“We could keep him, that wouldn’t be a problem…i couldn’t let him stay outside last night, he was downtown with a homeless lady, she was trying to find a home for him…she took him from her friends who were evicted, and since they had kids they had to go to a shelter and couldn’t do that with a dog, so she chose to take the dog and stay on the street…it was sad….The homeless lady had given the dog her jacket and was sitting on plastic bags”
*cries*
What a strange world we all live in…
Um…ow.

Meanwhile, it’s ok to say such words as “bullshit” and “asshole” on tv shows like ER and NYPD Blue. Gotta love it:
Imagine if everyone could relax…
Obviously, these people didn’t read that article about the toilet seats I posted about a couple days ago:

If you didn’t already know about the Microsoft Security Hole, there is one. Or two. Or three. :) Someday we’ll have a rock solid OS. Or not.

Holy crap. After a street goes for like a few miles, does it cease to become a street? Wouldn’t it be like a highway? Apparently not!
Ask Yahoo: What is the longest street in the world?
Lastly I’ll leave you with an old photo of the week. Amy’s photos have always caught my eye. Very good work. Yes, she does nudes, and yes, she is nude in this self portrait, and no, there is nothing “revealing”. i.e. I personally think it is safe to view at work. (then again, I consider this art, as most people should anyways) Give her a chance and look through her portfolio. Incredible work. Someday I hope to get to her level.
