Oops! ;) Forgot to do this. :)
1. Poetry or Prose? Poetry.
2. Funky modern art or the older, “classic” variety? I’m definitely a fan of the rennaisance. :)
3. Sculptures or paintings? It all depends. There are some sculptures I love, and some paintings I love. Both. :)
4. Theatre: exuberant musical or serious drama? Musical. Drama’s are too serious for the stage. :) Well, a good tragedy is always a good thing.
5. Ballet or modern dance? Modern Dance. Ballet is…old. lol
6. Movies: major studio or indie? There are tons of GREAT indie films out there. I’m indie all the way. :)
7. Authors: Shakespeare or Dr. Seuss? Dr. Seuss rocks! :)
8. TV: PBS or A&E? I say PBS. I almost never watch A&E.
9. Music: Beethoven or Beatles? The beatles. Not that I don’t like Beethoven. But if I had to choose, I’d say The Beatles.
10. Thought-provoking question of the week: You are a contributing member of your favorite art museum, and visit on a regular basis. They announce a new, temporary special exhibit by an artist surrounded by controversy…this person’s work and/or political views offend you. Do you stop supporting the museum, or just stay away during the time the exhibit is there? I would just stay away. Even if something offends me, I can’t blame the museum for displaying his/her art.
