So what happened to PB? It’s still in works. I’m finally satisified with the way that it determines time zones, and can auto adjust for daylights savings time now as well. I was just not thinking right. =p You will have to know the GMT offset of your own time zone. No big deal, most people get this from their clock in your favourite operating system.

I’m working on an upgrade utility and expanding the documentation a bit, and it’ll be released. Hopefully this won’t take as long as it did to get where it is now. =p
