Ok, so I’ve read and heard about all the hoopla with iTunes vs. Media Player. There have been many voiced opinions about this situation, and I thought I’d throw my own in. Here’s just a few things I thought I’d voice.

iTunes … for windows
Well, it’s finally out. If you haven’t downloaded the windows version yet, what are you waiting for? Download it here.
So far it’s pretty damn good. Appearance wise, it’s just about identical to the mac version. It has just about every feature (including the iTunes Store of course) that the mac version has. I’m pretty damn impressed.
I’ve found that it does seem to be a little sluggish at times. But that could very well just be my machine. I’m just finally glad that I can organize my music on my windows box. I’ve converted so many CD’s, I get them all mixed up! I love iTunes! :)
I’m also glad that it does play the music I’ve purchased from the Music Store as well. I’m Really happy about that actually. Sometimes the crappy speakers on my powerbook just aren’t enough! :)
Eddie Izzard.
Ok since I saw Eddie last Saturday, thought I’d say that it was indeed an awesome show. Loved every minute of it. We even had a bit of a laugh before the show. Also went walking around a little bit of Chicago. Saw a couple of old haunts there. Sometimes I miss Chicago. But not too much I guess. :)
Took a few pictures, not too many, since we didn’t get too much time. Plus, my digicam battery was dying. I didn’t get much of a chance to Really take many pics with the 8008, since it was a bit too big to carry around in certain areas. All in all, it was a blast.
It’s been a while Really since I’ve updated. There Really hasn’t been much going on. I’ll be going on vacation for Christmas, so I’ve been planning that trip a bit. I know that will be a great time!
You know, I haven’t seen too many movies lately either. Need to stop that cycle. My list of movies to watch is way too long. ;)
New skin
nothing quite exciting, but I missed have a “simple” skin. So I made one simpler. :)
Tomorrow is Eddie Izzard. I will be sure to take a lot of pictures in Chicago as well. Go me!
