The Friday Five – Friday the 13th edition.

1. Are you superstitious? Yes. I’m very supersitious.

2. What extremes have you heard of someone going to in the name of superstition? While laying out bricks for a walkway my mother discovered it came out to 13 blocks. So she wedged a half a brick at the end. That’s pretty bad.

3. Believer or not, what’s your favorite superstition? Black cats. I LOVE the black cats.

4. Do you believe in luck? If yes, do you have a lucky number/article of clothing/ritual? I believe in luck. It would be tough not to think you’ve gotten lucky at least one time in your life. Near misses happen all the time. I myself keep a talisman made to ward off evil. Sounds silly, but it’s my lucky charm.

5. Do you believe in astrology? Why or why not? On one hand, I’d like to say no. On the other hand, I’d like to say yes. That’s a tough one. There are times when I’ve gotten things from an astrologer friend of mine and she was right on the money. I mean right on. But then there are other times when it’s not. It’s a Really tough one. I mean people read the horoscopes for fun, right?
