<description>Even if it was a module, you would still have to create a new template in order to display it. The module would not have it&#8217;s own template to display such things.

<description>actually solved my permalink-troubles (i do have different css for different categories which is easy with the category-tag - but if you follow the permalink - there is no category-tag and therefore it is also not possible to get the right css-theme with the selected article - but solved it right now with a tricky sql-query which works :)

as for the recipes - bad luck that you will not develop a module for that - i like things in specific order so that i dont have anytime a new layout presenting a recipe - sure it is possible to make it within a normal weblog - but than you have to format all in html within the post - anyway: if you choose to make a module - please inform me - thx from vienna - the coffee-house-city :-)

<description>Chris was right, I decided that just creating a weblog is sufficient. There&#8217;s really no need for a module unless you want to do some custom stuff. : )

what are you trying to do with the category_name to the permalink? perhaps an example would make this clearer.

as for the images, you can always upload multiple images and put them into any field. Obviously for the recipe weblog, you&#8217;d have custom fields, which you can put in multiple images for.

		<description>@yoshi

i actually would like to have the same (recipe-module) - actually experimenting with EE and figure out some tricky things (such as different category-themes all in one weblog - i solved this already but i can&#8217;t get the category_name if i link to an article with permalink - any ideas?

as for the recipes: i would also like to have the possibility to add pictures as well - also one main picture but also pics showing the process - and to configure the ingredient-items - but should not be a too complex way for the entry-form - is there any way to have different entry-forms for posting within ONE weblog?

would love to read more of your ideas - dont give it up!

<description>Actually the more I think about it, I&#8217;ll have to try out the weblog method. I tried before, but this time I&#8217;ll just try again. : ) Now I&#8217;d just have to think of what else to make a module of. I&#8217;m blank beyond that. LOL

<description>Well, I think the main thing is user-submittable recipes. That&#8217;s the major thing. I also like to have my ingredients as separate line items. I suppose I could make it a weblog, but I would never be quite satisfied I think. That would be the major reason. : )

<description>Why can&#8217;t you create a new Recipe category (with sub-categories if you need them) and post the recipes and instructions like a normal post?

Maybe I&#8217;m missing something?
