Gotta love the “you know you’re from…” things. : ) Since I have always considered myself a Jersey-boy, (I spent most of my teens and then some there) I will do this “you know you’re from New Jersey if…” (Google for “you know you’re from [your state]” and then bold any that apply to you.)
- You’ve been Seriously injured at Action Park.
- You know that the only people who call it “Joisey” are from New York (usually The Bronx) or Texas.
- You don’t think of citrus when people mention “The Oranges.”
- You know that it’s called “Great Adventure,” not “Six Flags.”(Of course, explaining to anyone about GA outside of the tri-state area, you have to call it six flags.)
- You’ve ordered a hard roll with butter for breakfast.
- You’ve known the way to Seaside Heights since you were seven.
