If you didn’t know already, today is System Administrator Appreciation Day. Feel free to say thanks to those people behind the scenes that make your website run, your mail continue to operate, and everything else that your server might do.

And why does all this seem so important to me? Yes, I too am a System Administrator, however, I expect no thank yous, no pats on the back. It’s my job, and I try to do it well. If I do it well, yes, a thank you today would be cool. But not needed. If you know what I mean. *glare*
