So today I loaded up the dishwasher. While this may sound like nothing major to you, to myself, this is a major deal. I almost never use the dishwasher. Personally, I’d love to get rid of the dishwasher, if only to get more cabinet space. In our kitchen, we just don’t have storage space. I had to buy one of those rolling cabinet/islands in order to get more space and an extra drawer. (of which we only have 2.)
I was just feeling overwhelmed with the number of dishes. I know I should have washed the dishes last night, but I was tired, and didn’t Really feel like doing much of anything. Talk about lazy huh?
Of course, on top of that I’ve gotta clean this house. Holy cow. I’ll probably get to that right after I make this post.
Oh, btw, I did manage to make cashew chicken. Unfortunately, while it wasn’t bad, I didn’t quite get quite the sauce I was looking for. I think I know what I’m missing, but I’ll think about it and try it out the next time I do cashew chicken. :)

Dishes, bane of my exsistence. Is it just me or does doing the dishes always take longer then what i expect? :P
I love cashew chicken, in fact anything with cashews added is yummy. I usually make ‘Kip Kerrie’ in English ‘Chicken Curry’ and I alwys add lots of cashews. :)
