So what happens when you can’t sleep? You jump on the computer and do something. Anything. I guess you blog.
While perusing around the net, I decided to (finally) check out Skype. Yeah, I know, I’m still slow. I was under the impression that it was no longer free, which it kinda is. But actually Skype to Skype calls are still free. Although one thing I did notice was that voicemail is not free, which kinda intrigued me. But honestly, if you’re online, you can easily see if the user is away, but I’d still love to have the option of leaving a voicemail to that person. That would be kinda cool.
So in the odd event that you would like to talk instead of type, let me know, we’ll chat. :)
Why the sudden interest in Skype? Well, to be honest, while I was thinking of the podcast idea, and how I would Really love to have someone else to “throw the conversation around with”, I realized Skype is the way to go. Mugglecast uses Skype for all their podcasting needs. I should be able to do that too. :)
Anyone interested?

I too have been thinking about giving it a try, and still never have.. Will have to look into it further tonight..
Great post.
Oh, almost forgot… I too have great difficult sleeping most nights! :]
When I can’t sleep, I usually spend my time working myself up into a total and utter panic about the fact that I can’t sleep. Your way sounds a lot more fun-and easier on the nervous system!
Yeah, I had a friend that would play pyramid solitaire on her computer when she couldn’t sleep. She totally became an expert and at the same time she said it was pretty relaxing and set her mind off of not being able to sleep.
Computers can be therapeutic!
