So this post is about the last episode of Heroes which aired last night (3/5).  If you haven’t seen this episode, or you live somewhere where the series just started, you’re approaching spoilers here, and I’m warning you now. And yes, this is the last new episode until the end of April. What a drag. Without further ado, let’s talk about some super humans.

Let me start by saying, wow. They really left us hanging, didn’t they. Also some crazy plot lines going on as well. Let me just do it by “hero”.

Peter Whoa. First of all, I’m already feeling bad for him, because he had to witness Simone get shot by accident by Isaac. Of course he blames himself. He’s a good guy after all. But what a predicament he gets himself into when he goes in search of Mohinder. We saw what happened before when Peter was new to his power, and he got close to Sylar. It was a mixed up mess. But now that he’s finally grasping his ability, what will happen here? Will Sylar have met his match? It will be interesting to see what happens in the upcoming episode.

Hiro Now that Hiro has finally retrieved the sword, he’s moved into the future, only to find that the explosion still took place. Or it appears that way. We also notice in the background a building under construction. By Linderman perhaps? What will Hiro do now? And seriously, thank god Ando is back. I really like those two together.

Niki/Jessica Okay, so seriously now, who’s really in control? I’m finding the whole split personality starting to get boring. It almost seems too convenient that Niki was able to take over just as she was getting to Nathan. Anyone else feel this way? seriously now.

Nathan Why wouldn’t he join in with Linderman right? I mean seriously, the guy is promising him information about his powers, and obviously, Linderman knows way too much. Also, he’s promising presidency? I don’t think Nathan really had a choice here. It’s just too bad he didn’t get to try the pot pie though. :P

Linderman They couldn’t have picked a better actor. I was really happy to see Malcolm McDowell as Linderman. What great casting. He played the role perfectly I thought. Now that we know some of what he knows, and who he is, what’s his role in everything? Why does it seem like everything is revolving around him? Is he a rival of Kaito Nakamura? Or are they working together? So many questions.

Claire Initially, I had wondered why she had felt a need to find Peter so much. But then we find out they’re related, and I see the bond there, but why would she have such a need to see him? Perhaps it’s because he’s the only other person besides her parents and the Haitian that have powers. However, when she stumbles onto Peter’s mom at his apartment, I’m not sure if you were surprised, but I clearly said, “holy crap!” So now, a new player is in town. More questions folks. More questions!

Mr. Bennett Since finding out his real motives that he wanted only to save his daughter from living the same life he does, I kinda like him a bit better. But now he’s in a serious bind. I can only foresee that they will have to kill him, really. He doesn’t really have any abilities (that we know of), and he’s a liability to “the company”. I’ll hate to see him go.

Isaac Dreadful. It looked to me like what he drew was his own death, with Sylar stealing his abilities. But we’ve been fooled before by his paintings. I’m really anxious to see what happens here.

So those are some things I’ve thought about after watching last nights episode. What are your thoughts and theories? Bring it on!
