Currently, to keep track of my time, I’m using a pretty nifty program which my company bought a while back. It’s pretty expensive, but it was well worth it at the time with the ability to use magnetic keycards to sign in and out, as well as a web interface to do the same thing. Now this system was put into place a while back. There’s now an open-source Time and Attendance software out there that looks pretty similar to the software we’re using currently. The standard edition is FREE! I might consider using the standard edition just to keep track of my own freelance hours.
