I had to practise and study for it (there are courses online and material to read for free from that site above) and then you can take the test (for which you have to pay) with google to be certified. I didn't realize there was a "Google Adwords Advertising Professional exam" or were you just being facetious. I'm gullible you know. As for putting the address in the google searchbox? I never do that, but then again I'm not most people. It's really pretty common.
