My stupid mac is going to the mac store tomorrow to get repaired. You have NO IDEA just how pissed off I am right now.
That is all.

What? Why? Give us a little more data here!!
Here is to hoping you removed all the love doll pictures you saved from it!
Sorry for your pain though. Have a mini egg.
I really don’t mean to be sarcastic. I wouldn’t even be able to form words if I were in your shoes I am sure. Then again I would never own a mac. Crap there I go again. I should go now. um..*hugs*!!
@colin the hard drive crashed. I guess. apple couldn’t fix it so they said bring it in for repair. so who knows how long till i see that thing again. thank god i have a recent backup.
@ocb yeah. i’m so pissed off right now. I’m surprised I was able to make a post.
I’ve noticed Mac owners tend to be a bit rabid when it comes to technical malfunctions. Maybe because there are not so many places where you can take a Mac? Either way, I feel your pain, when my PC started to have unrecoverable errors I was often quite livid =)
@abraxus hmm could be. But i’m more pc than mac user I think still. Well it depends. I have 5 pc’s in this house and 2 mac’s. so PC’s still dominate here. But the fact that my macbook was my main computer, i.e. has all my important information on it, has more to do with it.
That sucks. Good thing you had the backup. Better than me. If mine crashed I would lose EVERYTHING from the past four years. Hmmmm…I better get on it.
Oh my! That sucks! I’m very sorry to hear. I’d be lost if my iMac had a problem like that. I don’t care about the macbook so much because it’s not my main computer. I hope they get it fixed quickly which they usually do. They might have to simply replace the hard drive which is very quick and easy (you can even do it yourself).
I hope it’s still under warranty and they don’t charge you for it.
@colin I have the applecare protection plan so yeah it’s covered for another 1.5 years. I’d probably replace the hard drive myself, but i don’t wanna touch it with the protection plan in place.
Yeah, if it’s still covered then there’s no reason for you to do it yourself.
In retrospect this post amuses me. :)
@poppy I will totally agree with you. :D
