Well, let's see... why don't we first fire the slow envelope licker that we have employed here (because you know for the million customers we have there is just one person that deals with sending the bills - not) and then maybe you should speak to your mail carrier's supervisor. Dumb ass. Um, hello... once it leaves here it's up to the U.S. Postal Service to get it to you. We don't hand deliver your bill, sir!
