		<description>I was mugged in front of a large group of people who did nothing to help me.  But I still believe we have a moral compass!  I have seen too much good in the world to believe otherwise. </description>

		<description>I can&#039;t say I&#039;m surprised about this actually. I&#039;ve seen things like this happen a time or two for various reasons. Mostly the news report accompanying the video is right. People no longer have much of a moral compass. 
 
Several years ago in our little City a man was side-swiped by a passing motorist when part of the load in the back of his truck shifted and a 2x4 slide out far enough that it clipped the  man in the forehead knocking him to the ground. 
 
Several people stood by and let him bleed and stumble around because at that time the entire town had been warned against the dangers of bloodborn diseases. Rather than render aid they ignored his wounds and thought only of themselves. 
 
Basically if it&#039;s not someone they know they don&#039;t feel any concern. </description>
