Nothing exciting Really going on around here. Meesh is still in Wenatchee, so I’m hanging out with the cat, making sure she has company. Pretty exciting huh? LOL
I didn’t know if you knew, but there will be no Blogathon this year, as they’re taking the year off. There is going to be an alternative, Day of Blogs, but I don’t know if I’m going to participate with that one just yet. If you’re planning on participating, let me know! I will most likely be cheering any bloggers on.
That being said, I have 2 small 1GB MP3 players that I was going to use as prizes for the blogathon, one pink, one blue. I guess I need to get rid of these, so if anyone has a suggestion on a game or something to do give these away, let me know. I’m fresh out of ideas right now.

Just because there will be no Blogathon, doesn't mean that you couldn't do what you would have done for that event anyway. You could even call it the Yoshithon.
I was really bummed when I first read that there would be no Blogathon this year, but with all of the stupidity going on at work right now, I wouldn't be able to participate anyway (that and the fact I can't seem to get motivated to get my blog back up), so I won't be doing Day of Blogs, either. It's probably all for the best.
@cybrpunk the blogathon makes it a bit easier. if there's someone cheering you on for 24 hours it totally helps. The last 6 hours are the worst ever, and well, no one but other blogathoners stay up at that point. I think that if Melanie weren't there to talk to last year, I'd never had made it.
@ladonna yeah, perhaps we all need a break.
I want to do day of blogs, but I just dont know whether I can – the local internet cafe isn´t open 24 hours, and I dont know whether I can really set aside the €1.25 an hour to do it even if they were… So, jury is still out on that one. Definitely wont be designing templates like previous years – hopefully for next blogathon! But who knows…
@eliza yeah, it might be a good year to just take a break. I've only done it for 2 years, but I think I can handle not doing it for one year. :D
