I've had Cingular/AT&T for about 3 years now and have an iPhone. I couldn't be happier. I hated Sprint/Nextel with such a passion that I paid to get out of my contract!

I got my iPhone as a graduation gift last November and it's been a love affair ever since.

Don't know what to say except that I have an iPhone and I love it, my kids love it, and even Ben, who has to use a blackberry for work, is often using it. We've been happy with AT&T.

I have no idea what to tell you. If I had a choice I would probably go with T-Mobile because Muse had really good luck with them.
Sprint pissed me off after the merger for mostly the same reasons as Neptunebaby said.
Unfortunately, to get my e-mail device and phone on the same device I have to use AT&T through work or pay for the device myself. So I'm trying to decide between getting the new iPhone or the Tilt.

It is hard to make a recommendation, because different carriers are better than others in different parts of the country. I have AT &T and the thing I like the best is that I can pop the sim card into whatever GSM phone I want at any time. I could use one phone during the week and then switch to a different one on the weekend, or whatever. If I had to take my phone somewhere- like the beach- where it could get damaged, I could just switch to my older crummy phone so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

I have a Tilt, and it is my lifeline. It is not perfect, but it does a pretty darn good job.

@danalyn I can see how you hate sprint. I've not really had an issue with them.

@neptunebaby ok i can see how that would be an issue. I've not had an issue and I've been with sprint for over 10 years it seems.

While a lot of things about sprint are cool, I do like the rollover minutes that cingular has. we would have tons. hmmm something to think about. since iphone uses at&t...hmm.

I don't know anything about the phone, but I had Sprint for a few years and they were OK, but then they merged with Nextel and I kept getting strange charges on my bill EVERY SINGLE MONTH that I would have to call and complain about. It's like they were trying to pull shit over on me. So I paid the early termination fee and got the hell out. I went to Cingular (AT&T) and have been totally happy for the past 2.5 years.

I left Sprint for Cingular (now AT&T) because 1) they sucked, and 2) I didn't have a company cell phone at the time, and the company I worked for was on Cingular...since I was always on the phone with someone from work while on the road!

I don't know anything about that phone, but I hate Sprint...and that's my $0.02 for the day. :P
