RIP Lisa

So last night, I got a txt message at about 10:40 and Meesh brings my phone into the bedroom and tells me “Danalyn sent you a text she said that Lisa passed away. I think she meant Clusterfook Lisa.” For a second I was confused. So I texted Danalyn back and asked “Clusterfook Lisa?” (I only asked because we do know a few Lisa’s together.) and she texted back yes. And all I could say was “Oh shit.” I got online and sure enough I read it here. So after that I IMed Danalyn and talked a little bit and then I had to go cry a little bit. So I told her I have to go cry and left it at that.

I’m still crying here and there. It’s really hard to believe she’s gone. I mean we all knew it was going to happen but I guess I refused to believe she would. But, as she would say, “it is what it is.” I think … well I don’t want to talk anymore. Please know that Lisa you’re in our thoughts.

Ok I am back now

Didn’t realize I was gone? That’s good. But for those of you who were worried about me, I’m sorry, please accept my apologies. I’m back now and should get back to regular posting now that I’m back. If you’re dying to hear what happened to me, then you have to run over to Being Diabetic to see what went on. I’ll even make it a nice link for you

I just wanted to let you know that I’ve got some real cool things I wanna share with you. There’s probably gonna be more excitement as well on hello! Food. I’ve got lots to do. Oh, I’m also on the Playstation network as ymelrose. If anyone wants to be friends, let me know what you ID is and let’s be friends!

Mystery song is revealed!

Some of you old time readers may remember I was looking for the identity of a certain song. Well today I have finally figured it out, because I saw the movie it was from today! Yes, the mystery song is from a movie in the 90’s, and it’s called Blast from the Past. For those of you who have not seen it, you should, it’s a very cute movie and I have to admit, I love the film because of Alicia Silverstone. Sure, Brendan Fraser helps, but I’m really an Alicia fan myself. I mean one of my favorite movies is still Clueless. totally!

The song itself is called the Adam and Eve Love Theme and it’s performed by Steve Dorf. Now I can finally sleep better at night knowing the identity of the song. Here it is again for those of you who might have missed it.
