Crybaby Bella was just too over the top in Book II for me. I spent most of the book dreading any opportunity Bella had to reflect on the whole "Woe is me" thing. Aside from that my only issue was the Werewolf Pack's first appearance. These Werewolves are massive by their description yet Bella thinks nothing of a Wolf the size of a Horse wandering past her? I know she's seen Vampires and such..but c'mon..if a Wolf the size of a Minivan came anywhere near me the last thing I would be is calm. I believe the scene in the movie with Laurent is going to be a fight between Jacob and Laurent rather than the pack taking him down. It sucks when they don't follow the book but I can see why that would be more appealing film-wise.
