Sometimes if that doesn't work, I start downloading ring tones and playing them. That gets them moving! If you're coming in that often, they should be able to better accommodate you. I know it's not the dr's fault -- they could have a patient who takes way longer than anticipated -- but the office staff should know how many patients can be seen without an obscene wait time for everyone. Sorry you have to deal with that! And how awesome that your lovely wife goes with you every week. Good to have a "team." You are right, there is a certain expectation that comes with having an appointment that you are perfectly within your rights to expect to see the person for whom you have scheduled your time promptly.
