		<description>Yoshi,  Not disagreeing with you, but think that eventually you&#039;ll hit the same problem with any of the large wireless carriers.  They, like other large companies, just don&#039;t give a rat&#039;s ass about the consumers after we&#039;ve payed for their product.  Oh, and if you want to leave? Fine, go, like they care.  They have others that&#039;ll pay and make up your miniscule fees.  It&#039;s times like this I wish I was in a large metro area 24 x 7 that had good, free wireless.  I&#039;d get an unlocked Android phone and use Skype or Google Voice with a free SMS app.  It&#039;s difficult to stick it to the man when you don&#039;t have viable alternatives. </description>

		<description>I think you&#039;re over-reacting.  Stuff happens.  As long as they rectify the situation, you start getting texts again and they haven&#039;t overcharged you an arm and a leg and refuse to refund it, all you&#039;re out is a couple days of texts.  That&#039;s what happens when they hire graduates of the McDonald&#039;s School of Business. 
 
Give &#039;em one more chance and if they do it again - nuke em. </description>
