They, like other large companies, just don't give a rat's ass about the consumers after we've payed for their product. Oh, and if you want to leave? Fine, go, like they care. They have others that'll pay and make up your miniscule fees. It's times like this I wish I was in a large metro area 24 x 7 that had good, free wireless. I'd get an unlocked Android phone and use Skype or Google Voice with a free SMS app. It's difficult to stick it to the man when you don't have viable alternatives. Stuff happens. As long as they rectify the situation, you start getting texts again and they haven't overcharged you an arm and a leg and refuse to refund it, all you're out is a couple days of texts.
