Ok, so far, I’ve gotten another email telling me that my order is now on back-order, and earlier this week, I actually received the Ninja KS cookbook, labeled on the packing slip with the Priority Processing. So does this mean the Priority Processing was put towards the cookbook? I thought the cookbook would arrive with the actual Ninja 1100 Kitchen System. I don’t even remember the cookbook even being a separate part of it. I guess this is their way of legally getting around it.
In other news, I also received my Wonder File as well. I haven’t used it quite yet, as I’ve been busy with Christmas stuff. I’ll have a review of it soon. My first impressions are pretty good so far.

How's your Yoshi Blade working out for you? I saw one of those at Walgreens the other night and thought of you. lol
The Yoshiblade is great. It's very durable, very sharp. I wouldn't trade it for anything else. Unlike the rest of things as seen on tv it's surprisingly pretty good.

great! I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes. I've gotten the Ninja yesterday and I'm cleaning it up before the first testing. I'll be going through the cookbook and might even do some videos of making it. We'll see!
Well, what's the verdict? Really curious.
Sorry I haven't posted an update about this! I've been busy with health stuff but I did get to try it out making some of the Blue cheese spread/dip sauce in their recipe book. I only used the smaller of the two pitchers to do any mixing and wow! It was awesome. I'm really impressed with it. It really tore into the blue cheese chunks and it pureed them very fine. Actually I mixed it for about 5 minutes and there were no lumps or chunks in the sauce. Very good performance.
Unfortunately that was the only time since that I've been able to do it. I've been promising myself I'd make some pizza dough with it. (again a recipe from their book)
