This week has been slow. I’ve been laid up in bed or on the couch resting because I feel sick or nauseous or both. Recovery is crazy from surgery. But I’m still doing a TGIF post today because it’s what I do and that’s how I roll.
I just want to remind everyone that next Friday is Free for all Friday, and if you’re not familiar with FFAF, it’s where you get to guest post on my blog. It’s fun, it’s a way to pimp your site, possibly get a couple new readers (or lose them! LOL). So look for it next Friday.
cybr came to the dark side and re-activated his World of Warcraft account. Leveling is so much faster in that game now, and well, I think he’d love to see Outland. It’s pretty damn cool, and it’s a lot of fun. We’ll see how that goes.
Jen totally made LOL when I read a post about what one of her co-workers did with her telephone. You should read it, totally funny story! She’s too funny! And I’m so glad I know when she updates in my reader now!
It looks like Abraxus picked up Age of Conan recently and wrote a pretty good post about it. We’ve been considering picking it up. I think Meesh was really curious about it, so I think we’re probably going to end up going to Best Buy this weekend and picking it up. Or she will and we’ll try it out. I doubt it will run on our laptops, but you never know! We do all our gaming on the laptops, perhaps it’s time to change?
Finally, girlrobot posted her friday links as usual and posted a picture of the most awesome tattoo I’ve seen in a while! Check it out!

You may recall that last Sunday, I bought Meesh her own PSP. I knew she wanted one and she’s been playing Untold Legends for a while now. She loves it. But I digress.
After Abraxus had alerted me that Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core was out for the PSP, I was all over that. I’ve been playing that for a little bit, and yeah, I’m loving it. I haven’t really made it far, but I’m getting there. I almost feel like I need to get the strategy to make sure I’m unlocking everything that I can unlock. This is definitely a lot of fun!
It also reminds me that I need to get around to finishing Final Fantasy XII for the PS2. I have the strategy guide for that, and I’m thinking I really need to start all over again to make sure I get everything I could get. Why oh why does Final Fantasy seem to take up so much of my time?
What video games do you play? And if you don’t, do you have a vice that takes up your time? What is it?

Well to summarize the week, I’ll just say that this week has been full of wonders, and full of pain. I’ve been sickly this whole week. Meesh had her birthday on Tuesday (yay!) and she got some good presents. Not from me, unfortunately, because we’re trying to save money, both for a new house and for taxes. Ugh. We owe this year.
Other than that, it’s pretty much the same old thing around here. I’ve got really nothing to complain about today. There’s probably a few things I’d like to throw out there, but I know I can’t just yet. Still waiting…
I don’t have my magical mirror today, so I’m afraid I’m not seeing anyone, but I do know that Pandora will be away for the next week, she just left for Germany! Yay! So I’ll be one of the guest bloggers over there, along with Daniel, Colin, and Abraxus. This should be some mass chaos over there. Looking forward to it.
