It’s all about the drugs – I talk about my new prescription: Morphine.

The fate of hello! blogger and food
For all you long time readers, you may have noticed a slight (or not so slight) change. I’ve merged hello! blogger and hello! food into hello! yoshi. Those two sites haven’t Really been getting much traffic as of late, and honestly, I don’t need to have so many websites. So there you have it. I’ll admit that hello! photo is still out there. I might end up consolidating that site, but I highly doubt it only because it’s such a different site, being a photo blog.
First Thanksgiving on my own, and we all got through it.
This is my obligatory Happy Thanksgiving post, since, everyone is doing it. I figure I’d take the time out of making food (ok, we only got mashed potatoes and cranberries) and make this post. I see a lot of other folks are wishing thanksgiving, like here, here, here, here, here, here, and so on. Those are just ones I’ve just seen on my news reader as of now.
I also want to remind everyone that it is Free for all Friday (FFAF) tomorrow, and Danalyn has opened up her blog for FFAF posts. So go on over there and make a post on her blog, she’ll appreciate it, I know.
Also, don’t forget to visit the Freaky Japan site which we created. I’m sure you’ll have some good laughs, I promise!
P.S. Can anyone tell me where the title of this post is quoted from?
TGIF!
So much for a TGIF! This Friday was a pretty damn slow day. Thank God the day is over. Well, how to describe my day…
As usual, my day started out with a distress call from Katie, so her last days at her job (she has 1 week left) won’t be so hard. It’s always good to hear from her. Meanwhile, I also managed to get caught up with Jules, who’s getting ready to get her Mets blog going. It’s about that time right? Baseball season baby, yeah! (well I’m excited for the Mariner’s at least.)
The day was pretty blah in the morning as the clock seemed to flow backwards. Oh, and I did help out Joz with her site and got a new theme going for her. You should go over and check it out, because she’s trying to decide if she likes it or not. It’s been like a tennis match, going back and forth. So why not help decide and leave a comment?
To jump to a different subject, it seems Colin is having issues with his site too. It apparently doesn’t want to send any follow up emails to let you know a new comment has been posted. Any help here is appreciated, because we’re just about pulling our hair out on this one. And if you didn’t know, he did a reply to Rent by Danalyn, and you simply have to see it. He sang Seasons of Love, and he does a great job! The video is after the bump!
Oh! Luka is back to posting on the blog, so you Really need to go there! And not just videos either, although that wouldn’t be a bad thing!
So here we come to the end, let me look into my magical mirror and see what other bloggers are out there on my mind… I see Melanie, Danalyn, Cybr, Muse, and Pandora! Don’t forget the video after the bump!

If you haven’t had a chance to read any of the posts, please check them out and comment on them. They’re all pretty funny and/or informative!
100 facts in 100 days – Fact 28
28. I have way too many domain names. Well, let me correct that. I have too many domain names I don’t use. I’d like to throw out a list, but sheesh, there’s just too many of them. One time, I believe it was Jules who called me a “Domain Ho” at one point in time. Do I have too many domain names? Probably.
And now, for something completely different…
Please take a visit over to see Daniel, it’s his birthday today (12/22) and wish him a happy birthday and to have a better December. Damn that retail business!
Also take a visit over to hello! Food, where I’ve actually made an update. Can you believe it? (I know, huh?)
Finally, we’ll be going on vacation to see my folks in good ol’ New Jersey. We’ll be there from 12/27 to 1/3, so if you’re in the area and wanna hang out, let me know! I’m trying to plan a big bash, but alas, it might not turn out to be so big. Or a bash, we’ll see.
Because I cannot do it sometimes
Ok, so I was persuaded by Pandora to at least give going to Barnes and Noble tonight a chance by getting dressed at least. So I did. and I jumped in the car immediately. And I drove to B&N. And I saw that the parking was full, and there was no where to park. No big deal, there’s plenty around. Then… I saw the line.
Holy crap people, it’s raining and the line is outside? Well, I wasn’t going to wait in the rain in a line for probably about 2 hours just get a book that I will have delivered to my front door in the morning.
So, I went to McD’s, got a chicken nugget meal and came home. Oh I got gas too. And let tell you, I never thought we’d get back to under 3 bucks! 2.96 a gallon, what a steal. Seriously.
Also, I wanted everyone to know that I made a pretty good instructional post on How to eat Ramen over at hello! Food. You should Really check it out, only because it made some people comment who never have before, and well, it’s pretty darn instructional. Seriously.
New Stories
Believe it or not, this post is not mainly about the Blogathon. Although I guess I just plugged it anyways. Regardless, I just wanted to talk about some stories.
Cybrpunk has been writing up a zombie story on his site. You Really need to check it out, and be sure to start off at Day One. It’s some Really great stuff. I suggest checking it out. He’s currently up to Day Four (as of the writing of this post), and I’m highly anticipating Day Five.
You may also recall that I recently just opened a new site called DarknessWithin.net. It’s a fiction based site, featuring stories that take place in the Darkness Within universe. This universe is a conglomeration of ideas that Cybr and I have had. Recently, I started the Prologue to the main story. Part One is now up. Cybr has also contributed another story, called The Magician. A very good read. You should definitely check it out.
I also want to highlight Pandora’s Blogathon theme! She is going to be writing an interactive story. Towards the end, we (the readers) will be able to make a choice and determine how the story will end. How cool is this? She’s already put up a summary of characters and the story line in her latest entry! Check it out folks, I cannot wait!
New site
Because I can’t have enough websites, I’ve opened up a new website. This could get interesting.

Today is the last day of Kimmie’s stay here as my renter, so please feel free to click on her thumbnail underneath the “Rent” section on the right.
Send her off with some love, as she’s now back, but she’s got an ear infection in BOTH ears. You gotta give her some love folks!
